“Ocean view. Great view of the ocean, loved the gentle sound of the surf. Close to shopping and Kona nearby. Unit needs mild upkeep but nothing serious. ”

“Property itself was very nice but the unit was older and was in need of some updates and repairs; cupboard doors did not close properly, stains and tears on sectional, ice maker broken on fridge etc… Also found nail clippings on the bathroom floor. Minor things, the pools and grounds were very nice though and we spent more time outside anyways.”

“This place is 15-20 minutes up the hill from any beach. Do not let that stop you from staying here. Worth the drive. The condo is on hole 3 of the golf course. Great views. The pool is 100ft away. Everything is clean and well stocked. The communication with the management company was exceptional. Check in and out was easy.”

“Very beautiful resort. The house we booked is really big and close to the private beach and The Shops (Shopping Plaza). However, the private beach is not very large and because of there are not many restaurants at The Shops, we need to wait for a long time for dinner on Sunday. Overall, this resort is great and the staff also very polite and helpful.”

“The experience of staying at Kalani Oceanside Retreat was very relaxing and beautiful. We enjoyed the yoga class we signed up for very much. The people we encountered, both guests and staff, were great to talk with. The cottage we stayed at had lots of room and we had a fabulous view of the ocean and grounds around us.”

“Exactly as described. Close and convenient to Volcano National Park. Stayed in the duplex. Neighbors were quiet but could hear them when they came in and left in the morning. Very humid but dehumidifier works okay. Quiet at night. Comfortable bed and good water pressure”

“This was a last minute trip for my 13 year old son and I. David, was very helpful with responding to my questions. The place was clean and appreciated the comfortable king size bed. The remodel of the kitchenette was nice and usable and opened up the space so you could easily move around the condo. The lanai was in the shade and surrounded by nice green floral landscaping. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub each day for our 5 day trip. Awesome location to walk to restaurants and coffee shops……

“今回は３泊だけの滞在でサイトの評価も高くはないので期待していませんでしたが…私的には高評価の宿泊先だと思います。 最近のコナは街中が有料の駐車場になってしまい登録も面倒なんですが…部屋から街までは歩いて買い物や食事に行けます。 部屋に割り当てられた駐車スペースも十分に有り夜もライトが付いていました。 プールは少し狭目ながらも深さの有るプールと景色は最高です。 各階にコインランドリーとゴミ捨て場も有りました。 気になる点で言うとラナイが隣の部屋から覗けてしまうので隣人とのコミュニケーションが気になる点と冷凍庫は使用は出来ますが毎日少量の水が漏れてくる事でした。 全体的に高評価でまた利用したい施設です。”
