“We came from out of state for a funeral. The home was a calming, peaceful place to return to after an emotional day. Our little dog enjoyed the back yard. Some other family gathered with us 1 afternoon to visit on the back patio & play a game of cornhole. The house was clean & fresh & had all the amenities we needed. Would recommend to anyone needing a place to stay in Terrel.”

“This is by far one of the coolest little places we’ve ever stayed at. There were so many details that define a treehouse that you will continue to notice throughout the whole stay. Yet, super comfortable and inviting. We just needed a day/night away for our anniversary and this was on point. We loved it. And Jayme is very nice. Thank you. ”

“The place is across from the SMU football stadium and a short walk to most of the campus. On a busy road (Mockingbird), the house had everything we needed - lots of room, four bedrooms with comfortable beds, etc. All as the online listing states. “I would NOT recommend this property to other guests. There is lacking effort in guest comfort. The home is nice, but the weeds, spider webs, cold hot tub, watery hand soap, thin, old, rough towels, fence broken, and lack of information that all bedrooms are upstairs AND the number of beds on listing were sub-par. The agent’s response to being locked out was excellent. Her lack of response about the pool was disappointing.”

"The hotel is generally quite good. The main advantage is its great location, which is very convenient. The check-in waiting time was a bit long. I had booked a room and breakfast online, and it took a long time for the entrance staff to verify my reservation before guiding me to my seat at breakfast, which was quite embarrassing. The Black security guard at the hotel entrance was very kind and helpful, assisting me in finding an Uber that had gone to the wrong location."
