On a busy road (Mockingbird), the house had everything we needed - lots of room, four bedrooms with comfortable beds, etc. All as the online listing states. “Found several large cockroaches that we killed and the property sprayed while we were there. The dishwasher did not work and overflowed. The sink disposal did not work. Beautiful home but it is clearly not being managed well.”

“We stayed here for a month and loved this place and had a very comfortable stay. We would definitely stay here again. The casita has everything you need for an extended stay and the outdoor space is so nice and a real bonus. Also, great location. Walking distance to historic Main street and the botanical gardens. “I would NOT recommend this property to other guests. There is lacking effort in guest comfort. The home is nice, but the weeds, spider webs, cold hot tub, watery hand soap, thin, old, rough towels, fence broken, and lack of information that all bedrooms are upstairs AND the number of beds on listing were sub-par. The agent’s response to being locked out was excellent. Her lack of response about the pool was disappointing.”

“My son and I went to Lake Dallas for a wedding and stayed at the, " Lake Dallas Guest Trottage ". The home was very clean and welcoming. There were many amenities provided for our comfort. Immediately, upon our arrival, there was communication from the owners to let us know how they could be reached if we needed anything. There are a few restaurants close by and an Albertsons within a couple of miles. I recommend this cozy little cottage by the lake.”
