“I revisited this wonderful vacation property, and I can’t say enough about the amazing hosts. They genuinely cared about our experience, checking in regularly to ensure everything was perfect. Their hospitality made our stay truly special. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a welcoming and comfortable getaway!”

“The owners gave explicit directions and any and all help you need. The property was cute, well appointed, and clean. Be prepared for a step up and down here and there..example, by the front door, but it is well marked.”

“Super cute clean house stocked well in kitchen- coffee, etc. super comfy bed. Great shower. Cute front porch and awesome backyard seating area! Odd smell, however, in one of the lower kitchen cabinets. Could not locate source. Would recommend this cute lil bungalow. ”

“The place is across from the SMU football stadium and a short walk to most of the campus. On a busy road (Mockingbird), the house had everything we needed - lots of room, four bedrooms with comfortable beds, etc. All as the online listing states. The host was friendly, welcoming and easy to reach as needed. Thank you!”

“This was the perfect location for us to stay a couple nights and host some family gatherings. The kitchen had what we needed and it was a beautiful space. The backyard was a great plus with the dogs. Just needs a bit of drain unclogging in the shower but it was so charming and had all the parking we needed.”

“What an adorable and quaint home just minutes from all the happenings in downtown McKinney! The home was perfectly appointed with the most comfortable bed imaginable! What a treat it was to spend a weekend here. We will definitely be back!”

“Clean house and great for a weekend trip. ”

“Found several large cockroaches that we killed and the property sprayed while we were there. The dishwasher did not work and overflowed. The sink disposal did not work. Beautiful home but it is clearly not being managed well.”

“Nicely decorated 2br home with everything you will need to enjoy your stay. Coffee bar was fantastic. Unfortunately with all the rain (not the host fault), backyard was quite muddy in areas. Our little 10# Shitzu was a mess and needed a bath after visiting the back yard for a potty break. From that point on, we just walked him on a leash. Quiet neighbiorhood and if you are an excercise type person, downtown is walkable. Would stay here again.”

“Not only did I feel at home and enjoy the neighborhood for a daily run and the surrounding attractions, the owners were an absolute PLEASURE to communicate with! I had everything I needed. They were always there to answer questions or provide recommendations. Thank you for a great trip!”

“Access to property was simple. There was more than enough room to hang out & get comfortable. Had many fun filled pool games. The kitchen was equipped for everything we needed to cook breakfast, lunch, & supper. Being able to park our vehicle in the garage was a plus as well. Will definitely keep this as one of my favorites. ”
