“I chose to stay at Driftwood last year and had such a good experience that I decided to stay again and I was not disappointed. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. My room was clean and had everything I needed. The restroom and shower was clean and well maintained. The A/C worked great. The parking area was clean and well lit. Everything was great and I would definitely consider Driftwood again for another stay in the future. ”

“The motel manager was pretty nice, but the room was shabby and had a very strange smell to it, not worth the cost of staying at the motel. Neighborhood was very questionable and appeared unsafe”

“The home reminded me of house sitting for a friend and being told you can have free rein while you’re there. The house was cozy and filled with beautiful antique pieces. I have stayed in multiple rental homes, and this one doesn’t give the feeling of a rental- it’s more of a family home. The AC was preset and stayed at a comfortable temperature the entire trip.KITCHEN:Kitchen was clean and was well stocked with everything you could possibly need. “Great house and good location on the lake. Clean and plenty of stuff to do. Emailed check out directions didn’t quite match the paper directions at the house but not a big deal. Neighbors on both sides were super nice but the lady across the street was not. She asked us in person to turn the music down so we completely turned it off and she still contacted the homeowner. Homeowner was super nice and understanding about it.”
