“All in all, the hotel is fine. I needed it for one night, and the price was right. I think the hotel has been where it is for a long time, and the neighborhood around it has changed, not for the better. But at the same time, being in a commercial area makes it a convenient location. The only two clear negatives for me were the pool being closed for renovation, and the air conditioner making the window curtains billow and gap open. I solved that by taking one of the couch cushions and wedging it……

“The house was very clean and well furnished. The driveway sits off of the street and has a carport as well. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again if we are ever in Jackson, Tn again. The host was very friendly...Also, the home is in a safe neighborhood. ”

“My family of 4 stayed at this home for 4 nights and loved it! Perfect location for us seeing family in town. Small, thoughtful touches made this stay feel so cozy and peaceful - including the selection of children’s books, massage chair, TV with streaming services, coffee & snacks. The bedrooms were comfortable and the house was clean. We also used the washer/dryer and appreciated that it was available. We will absolutely be booking this place for return trips to Jackson! ”

“I've stayed at better hotels, but I'm also stated a lot worse and where they're lacking at. Like a 5 star hotel. They make up for it and uh, friendliness and good attitudes. Always willing to do for the customer. I have stayed there several times over the past month or so, and I've never had a bad experience with this hotel at all. Good things have been better. Sure they always can but had. I let it be knowledgeable to them. I'm sure they would've made it better. But it just didn't seem that……
