They explained to me totally different. In for me to have that room I must extend my stay from 3 days to 5 days and that’s for any room with tub and washer/dryer combination. Not Cool someone should have NOTIFIED me August 1 of their changes. Hotel.com you all sent my reservation to them very late. She stated it was just a……
