“Kind of disappointed in the room hotel choice of room for me when I arrived. They gave room to someone else then claimed it was overbooked once Hotel.com spoke with them. They explained to me totally different. In for me to have that room I must extend my stay from 3 days to 5 days and that’s for any room with tub and washer/dryer combination. Not Cool someone should have NOTIFIED me August 1 of their changes. Hotel.com you all sent my reservation to them very late. She stated it was just a……
