“Absoulety gorgeous hotel, food, service was incredible and staff were so welcoming warm and professional. Other than the spa lady this morning around half 10 I wasn’t sure of her name, however myself and my husband were having a swim before we checked out at 11 and the spa was empty and we were laughing and told to keep the noise down in quite a rude manner. I found it inappropriate as no one else was using the facilities and pool or spa at the time and we were the only ones there I appreciate……

“This location is the best place to stay if you’re looking to stay in the heart of historic Cardiff with close proximity to Cardiff Castle — you really can’t beat this location and it is a short walk from Cardiff Central that was manageable even with our two large suitcases.
