“Property undergoing renovations so some features not available. Room was newly remodeled and clean. Only issue was lack of hot water for shower in morning. Otherwise it is a nice place and will be even better once renovations are finished.”

“Older quaint motel. Very clean staff was friendly and helpful. The view of the river from our own patio was nice. Nice hit from Continental breakfast. Needs to be updated and full double beds were ok but prefer queen”

“Beautifully situated On the saint lawrence river. The Stairs to the parking lot were horrible. We had someone with a disability with us who had a difficult time getting up and down them. The place wasn't bad. We only stayed one night”

“I LOVE Pert House! Sal and Jess are wonderful hosts! The only thing I noticed during my most recent stay is that the other occupants had left a mess in the kitchen the evening I arrived back. Perhaps there is a way to kindly ask all occupants to clean up after themselves because the kitchen and sitting areas are shared spaces? Other than that, it's a beautiful place to stay and the continental breakfast, coffee/tea, beverages, and snacks are wonderful! I highly recommend!!”
