“Staff are very nice ”

“Self check in was a little disconcerting. Initially, hotel contacted us in regards to my stay few days in advance. But on the day of check in, no one contacted us with instructions on our self check in even after the check in time of 3 pm. We had to locate their phone number and contact them. Even then, they could not find our reservation which was prepaid. Eventually, they found it and text us the room, front door and room passcodes. They even sent us info for 2 different room but we only……

“The pillow smells really bad. It seems like they have not been washed for a long time.”

“Shown as a quality inn, arrived, no signage, shown as a different hotel with no front desk. Trash strewn around property. No refund given when tried to cancel. ”

“We had a fantastic stay at this glamping site! The staff 'Jen' was very accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed. The tent was spacious, and the restrooms were very clean. They offer complimentary coffee, a sink where you can wash dishes, microwave, plus firewood for sale. Just to note that the tents don't have electricity, but it didn't affect our experience. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway.”
