“Love the location, it’s a definite favorite stay when in Pittsburgh. Never have had a smooth check in though, and staff is never overly friendly or helpful. ”

“Perfect location if you want to experience downtown Pittsburgh. Comfortable and clean. Within walking distance of The Strip and the Train Stop. The only thing that was disappointing was that the windows weren't clean so we couldn't see outside very well. ”

“Excellent! Parking is easy. The DLCC is across the street. The Terminal (yummy food) is just down the street. The hotel is clean. Mostly quiet, you can hear others as they walk by. Rooms are small but look and feel nice. I'd happily stay again. ”

“There isn't enough good things to say about this hotel. Its perfect from the time you pull up until you leave. The bar upstairs could use a little more help at times. But everything else is perfect. ”

“The hotel was very nice and a great location. Was a little disappointed when I reserved a king room and was not told at check in that I was given two queens instead. The makeup mirror light did not work and the body lotion bottle was full of water! Lol”

“Not our first time at this lovely hotel, but this stay lacked in service. When checking in, we were supposed to get 2 free drinks, which they didn't offer. I had to go back down to ask for them. No apology. Ordered room service to be delivered between 8-8:30p as that's when the person staying with me was arriving from work. The order came at 7:30p, 30 min early. Mentioned it to the front desk, no apology... but offered to reheat it if we wanted. Really? Reheat Pasta and a burger? Asked……
