“We were traveling from Florida,just looking for some snow and secluded spot.We have 3 German Shepherds,one of them is not friendly.Joe’s spot was was just what we needed.We got the whole mountain all to ourselves,easy drive,lots of snow and fun.Saw a deer on our hike.Will definitely be back,my favorite place to be ,didnt want to leave.”

“Great location easy to find he had an issue with the hot tub not working. It was fixed, but was only able to use it one time during the weekend due the lack of heat.”

“Very clean and cozy. The outside temps were never warmer than 25 F but the inside was always warm and comfy. We could stream on the wifi, and we also had cell service. The owner was responsive to any questions. GPS took us right where we needed to be, and it was dark.”
