“Great fun for the family. Two boys age 5 and 7 really enjoyed the accommodation and parks. Perfect for their age and fun for the adults too. Sadly the accommodation smelt of cigarettes and also a lack of vegan food let the experience down. No options at all which I found really odd and not inclusive. Other family’s and even members of staff agreed that lack of dairy free options was a problem that could be easily sorted.”

“Very clean. Perfect place if you want to relax. Absolutely beautiful. The management and the staff. Went above and beyond. I could not rate this place more highly. Both lady’s on reception. Were amazing. A lot of hotels could take tips of these two. Fantastic.”

“The apartment is functional, great shower, clean (other than cobwebs on the windows), fridge, dishwasher, clothes washer, etc. However, it was incredibly hot and the windows are wired so that they can only open about 4 cm. There was a fan in the bedroom but it was extremely noisy. I am guessing they’ve had trouble with people leaving the windows open in the past and so have secured them in this way, but then they need to get AC as this was extremely uncomfortable. “We had a one night stay for a meeting in the region. The hotel is not near to any other Pubs so you are rather captive, it has a nice garden terrace area next to the river, this is very pleasant in warm weather. We were however very disappointed that despite being residents we were not allowed to use this unless eating. A bizarre rule.”

“The room and view facilities were fantastic. The bar and restaurant downstairs were busy, but the accommodation upstairs was quiet. The Polish lad (I think) who works there was really friendly, helpful, and quirky. The only two slight issues were that the parking was a bit of a trip but not a deal breaker (£10 per p/night) and that there was a group staying in the room next door who must have been chain-smoking as it stank out the corridor, etc. Other than that, the stay was top class and I will……
