“Beautiful ocean view”

“I recently had the pleasure of staying at Wilton River Suites, and I can't recommend it highly enough! The condo-style accommodations are incredibly spacious, featuring a large kitchen and all the amenities you could need for a comfortable stay. The facilities are beautiful, and the pool deck and dock area offered a perfect retreat by the river. With only three floors, the atmosphere is quaint and intimate, so there’s never any noise—just friendly neighbors. The assigned parking was a breeze,……

“Walking in first time and the lived in smell of a small apartment was evident. Floors had not been cleaned to the point of visible trash/lent. There was no garbage cans in unit not bath or kitchen. Text host about this and said would drop off did not happen during stay. This unit appears to be living in and decided to rent with no experience or preparation. Drawers in kitchen stuffed with personal items closet stuffed not stacked with items from personal living not related to needs of tenants……

It was so perfect: nice, residential neighborhood, very clean and comfortable accommodations; kitchen was well equipped; the pool was right outside our door; the owners were responsive; a block or so from the beach; and best of all… Rocky the cat came to visit us daily. We will definitely be back. My husband and I kept saying that it literally could not have been more perfect. :)”

“Nice large apartment with a great location to the beach. Dated furnishings that could use more functional pieces such as a luggage rack and bathroom bench/ stool, hooks. The side road is noisy with truck deliveries. The owner provides quick responses and is accommodating. ”

“When I arrived I was told that they did not see my booking and they had no rooms available. I had to get a taxi to take my family and I to another hotel where I was able to pay for accomodation for that night. I was told that since I purchased from a third party Orbitz.com that I would have to seek a refund from them. I am still trying to get my refund.”
