“The staff were very responsive and helpful. The location was perfect for a restful and stress free trip. Many tasty restaurant options and stores were walkable. They offered a cook top, nice sized fridge and plenty of kitchen supplies. We would definitely stay at this property again.”

“Place is nice! Nothing fancy. We were visiting our son and grandson and just need a place to sleep. This place served that purpose. It could use some updating but for the reason we were there it worked well. The host was very nice and responded to any questions quickly. If you are looking for a place without any bells and whistles, then this place will be a great choice! There is a pool for use, but we ended up not using. The only complaint that I have is the shower did not have great……

“I had a wonderful stay in WPB at Andrew and Laura's place. It is IDEALLY located just steps away from the intercoastal and very short drives to any location in the Palm Beaches. Very quiet and safe and the apartment is nicely appointed with some extra recreation perks as well (bikes, tennis equipment, and more). The bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever had in a rental unit. Plenty of space for a couple or single. Check in and out was simple and communication with Andrew was excellent……

“The small apartment was perfect for one person. It had virtually everything i needed. It was relatively clean; just the ceiling fan needed to be cleaned.It included so many things for the beach scene with chairs, umbrella. There was a barking dog but I called the host and she addressed it immediately. Good service. The ocean is across the street!!! I had a small tropical garden to sit in. And you could hear the wave from the apartment. There are good eateries less than 2 blocks away. I would……

“The guesthouse was excellent. Very clean and comfortable. Our host was fantastic. Thank you. ”

“There seems to be 3 rooms being rented and I think rooms 1 & 2 share a bathroom. Room 3 had its own bathroom. Room was clean and bed was comfy. Nice tile floor and shower but paint was sloppy. Picture sent to us is very different than the actual look of the place in landscaping, color and roof line so we weren't sure we had the right place until the code worked on the door. Self check in. You may or may not see a manager.”

“When we arrived we had troubles with keypad. Could not park in driveway. They required street parking. We stayed 5 nights and only provided with 1 bath towel each.. also found a cockroach on our last night. There was only 1 small extra blanket.. we were told to be out by exactly 10am and the cleaning lady was right behind us yet we were asked to take garbage cans out to the road for them. Ive stayed at many vacation rentals and this was the least accommodating of all..”

“The place was just as the pictures showed. No deceptions here! Perfect room for the 4 adults that stayed. It was very clean, bright and quiet place. Loved the area. Lauderdale-by-the-sea has a very quaint and laid back atmosphere. Terrific restaurants and shops just steps away. And the best thing a straight walk across the road from the room to the beach. We will definitely come back.”

“All good except only 2 bath towels that had the weight of a dish towel and no bath soap is provided. I usually don't travel with bars of soap. Neighborhood looks sketchy but it was ok”
