“Our family had a lovely stay and it was conveniently located so close to rutgers! We were down for a state championship swim meet and it was so nice to drive 8 min back to the house and be able to cook lunch and dinner for the kids and allow them to rest between sessions. I would highly recommend!!”

“Owner does not have good communication did not respond to my messages it took two hours to bring me the keys to enter the house as soon as I entered the house was not the same as the photos in the ad the bathroom did not work I informed the owner of this and he did not solve anything and he was even rude to say if I did not like it just cancel it at the end I paid to stay for 7 days he changed the checkout date and did not refund me the difference. It was the worst experience I could have”

“I would love to start off and say Thank you for accommodating our group, I know it can be intimidating when there is a large group. Christopher "The Host" is and was very communicative from the very get, even went as far as trying to help us find a way to Bayonne from JFK. Never had that kind of assistance before, amazing. Made the stay here easy going, relaxed/chill. The City of Bayonne was great for location. The one thing we were kind of sad about, that really helped us choosing this place……

“Pros - Great communication, central location in Madison. Cons - The house is run down, wasn't clean. Kitchen cupboards were literally dirty. Kitchen is very poorly stocked, not even paper towels. The House itself is old, unmaintained, and poorly decorated, lacking furniture and an inviting feeling. Lastly, if you are a light sleeper, you can hear the road and the shades in bedroom windows don't block light from coming in. ”

“I consider this a great stay as the property was really nice and cozy! The decor was nice, the kitchen had everything you needed. I particularly loved the floors! There are stairs to get to the door, stairs to get in the property and stairs to the bedrooms. It wasn't bad for us but just so you know. Communication was great, location was nice, safe and quiet.
