“we loved our stay. it’s very quiet but you can be in Kerrville in like 15 minutes or Bandera in maybe 20-25. we hit HEB and James Avery and stayed put the rest of the time. it’s exactly as peaceful as we were looking for. ”

“This was absolutely the most peaceful place. Lots of wildlife. Lost maples state park is close. Great sight seeing location. There is a store about 3 mins away. I can’t wait to come back. I love it here. ”

“The view off the back porch is beautiful with spectacular sunsets. It is about a 30 minute drive to Garner State Park or to float the Frio. The place is a little remote so make sure you bring any food you are planning to cook since the grocery store in Utopia is very small and closed around 6ish. The house was very comfortable for four couples, everyone had a large bedroom and a great outdoor space. ”
