“Very very very bad hotel ever , the staff is very rude, the room is dirty, no hot water, from 9 pm to 2am , someone talking loudly in the pathway, I make complain with staff, they said nothing to do , it cost me 64 pounds , not worth it. Overall bad bad very bad hotel”

“A classic hotel with comfortable, spacious rooms. Friendly and competent receptionists. Nice breakfast. Continent breakfast self-served buffet or hot, customised English breakfast That take quite a while. If come by train, need to get a taxi ride of 8-10 minutes. We arrived late in the evening. Have to queue for half an hour at the taxi stop.”

“Great hotel and everything about it is spot couldn’t put a hotel in a better place for amenities whether it’s a drink some food or a bit of shopping I never had the breakfast this time round as last time I was disappointed as there was no beans and no bacon but I’m sure it’s improved but generally apart from the breakfast the hotel I could not recommend more nice touches with the pringles and chocolate bar in the fridge ”

“Its a delightful tavern. Plenty of room on the car park and onto a traditional, friendly bar where my hosts booked me in quickly and with a great intro to how everything worked. I had room 2, in a purpose built outbuilding and I was really pleased with the first impression. Everything worked as it should and there were lots of extras not normally given in this type of accommodation. “The hotel actually has two sections on two sides of the bridge. We were expecting to be on the water side but was disappointed. The room only has a small window facing the back of the hotel. Nothing impressive at all. The staffs were not helpful on anything. We were asked by the front desk to go across the bridge to make booking at the hotel restaurant. ”

“Nights guy was sound. Room was cool. Snall but still had everything you needed. Bathroom was perfect, big bath, easy working shower. Menu for food is limited, so not a place for a meal, for l8ght bites great. Overall really liked this place. ”
