“This house offered a lovely stay for families who gathered in Tacoma for a memorial service. The 3rd floor proved to be a hideaway for young cousins. The large kitchen table was the preferred gathering place for adult siblings and spouses to talk well into the night or to enjoy morning coffee while the youngsters watched cartoons in the adjoining living room. Ideally close to many Tacoma dining spots and to the park which was great for walking excursions. ”

“The neighborhood wasn’t the greatest but it was quiet and peaceful. It had lots of stores nearby. The house was very clean and had lots of room. ”

“It is a nice house had plenty of room to spread out had great bedrooms and beds there is a lot of homeless we are all from the country so we aren’t used to seeing them but they never bothered us it had everything we needed to make a good breakfast just needed to buy groceries there is a lot of stuff not to far from the house to eat we ate at BJs and the old spaghetti factory both was amazing over all I will book again”

“Great apartment, has everything you need. It was really hot while I was there, the little A/C unit in the window was just enough, and there were 3 extra fans which was nice. You have a view of the park next door that is home to many unhoused people, this is the only downside of the property.”

“Didn’t realize that property would be so close to where multiple homeless people live/sleep. Was a little nervous about that.”
