“The house has everything needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen, bathroom, and laundry are quite nice and seemed very clean and well-stocked. The location was a couple of blocks different than we expected, but not a huge problem. The neighborhood was quiet and pleasant. We somehow did not understand from the listing that both bedrooms were upstairs and far from the bathroom. James was very responsive and easy to communicate with.”

“I work remotely for a company based in Tacoma and must make on-site visits once or twice a year. This visit was a particularly lengthy one, so I looked into VRBO instead of a hotel. To my surprise this cost less, and the location was perfect (less than a mile from the office). The house was sparkling clean and had everything I needed. Very, very comfortable memory foam mattresses - which I value because I have an arthritic back. The host was very pleasant and attentive without being intrusive.……
