From a spilled milkshake in the rental, to a clogged toilet courtesy of one of my traveling companions, to needing an extra towel..Damon was always there and came in every single time! I’ve never had to come to the front desk so many times (not the hotels fault) and every time Damon helped me immediately and with a smile. 10/10 would stay here again. ”
