“酒店外貌像古堡般, 內裡也很漂亮 因為老公生日, 他們還為我們預備了紅酒及朱古力, 很貼心 職員NICOLAS很耐心介紹當地的特色及美食, 十分好!!! 很喜歡這裡!”

“Great location, but with that comes some noise... the kitchen is the best we found in our long trip. There is even olive oil and a knife sharpner. Im impressed. Could be a little cleaner, found some long hairs on the floor abd kitchen sink still dirty. Bathroom was clean though.”

El personal de servicio tiene una excelente actitud y hará todo lo posible para ayudar a los pasajeros a resolver los problemas. Si llega temprano o necesita salir temprano, puede esperar en el lobby (no hay espacio de almacenamiento). La habitación está limpia en general. En general, es un hotel bastante bueno.”

“Um bairro incrivel! Parece uma cidadezinha do interior. Feira livre aos domingos, avenidas cheias de opções de refeição, praças. Será meu bairro oficial de hospedagem em Santiago. O apartamento, incrivel! Predio tranquilo, com muitas facilidades (estacionamento, lavanderia, piscina). Tamanho do apartamento excelente para duas pessoas. Como padrão para oferecer a viajantes, faltou um cuidado adicional quanto a limpeza (estava empoeirado, copos mal lavados e inclusive quebrados no armario,……
