“The property is as described. Beautiful home! Gated safe upper class community per the locals. Located in Punta Cana Village right by the airport, the shops, grocery store and mall. Which was great because we were able to take the golf cart to these areas. The amenities and details of the house were next level. Melida the maid was outstanding the reason I would return again to this property. She was pleasant, made sure she didn’t feel like she was intruding. Made us fresh coffee everyday, and……

“Communication was excellent and Stephanie and staff provided us with all the comforts for a wonderful vacation. A short walk to the beach provided us with lots of beach time and restaurants in Las Terrenas are plentiful. I especially recommend the Italian restaurant in the Spanish plaza and the French bakery! And if you don’t feel like going out I recommend downloading the Komida app and ordering in. They are super fast and reliable. Thank you for a great vacation!”

“This is a beautiful house with a very large master suite upstairs. The three bedrooms downstairs were decent sized, two of which used the hall bathroom, the other had a private bathroom. Soap was not available when we arrived but there is a small store right inside the entrance of the gated community that had just about every basic need available. The maid was very nice and helpful though only speaks Spanish. We did struggle with getting the upstairs balcony light to stay on and while the……

“A+ is my assesment of this accomidation. The owner/renter went through great lengths to make my stay comfortable. Communication was excellent, the property condition was excellent. It has a full kitchen with every appliance needed! The bedrooms were excellent with a tv in every room, AC in every room and comfortable linens. It is in a gated community not far from shopping or restaurants. Plaza San Juan 5 minutes, Los Corales beach was 20 minutes. I am running out of room so I will add that I……

“Couple things were a problem but were resolved. Wish the hot tub worked because we had lots of lounging around time due to lack of wind for kitesurfing! Otherwise it was a nice place in a great location. ”
