“Clean quiet and next to the convention center, what I dislike was the exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work also the shower was hard to work properly, everything else was wonderful ”

“Overall stay was great. However, your system double booked us and you comped us another room. For future maybe check to see so this doesnt happen again. Also, I Was told my hilton honors points would be used for the second room, this is unaceptable. The room should be completely comped not charged to me when it was in no way my error. I had booked weeks in advance to make sure something like this did not happen.”

“No complaints. Always appreciate a complimentary warm cookie and bottle of water after a long trip. The towels and TP were crafted into origami. Clean, quiet, comfortable. ”
