“Have stayed here before. Nice place and well located. Only had one issue with one person at the desk. C.G. we're his initials. Only spoke to him twice and it seemed like I was asking so much of him to help me. One time was for the $20 food/bar credit I wasn't given at check in. The other was about local info. Just acted like I was putting him out. ”

“All was great until I was informed about the parking fees being charged. Looking back at the booking website I just found where it disclosed paid parking, however wasn't on the main amenities page that just said parking available. I've never paid to park at a hotel in my 40 years of travels, and had i seen this i wouldn't have booked it. 2 days was $34.98 which is ridiculous. ”

“The entrance takes your breath away. Everyone of the staff was so friendly. We enjoyed the patio area before eating at the Rackhouse. It was so pleasant to enjoy the evening. The drinks and meal were amazing. We had the staff come to us after the meal because I had dropped $100 but had not realized it. Unbelievable that the were so honest. We will be back. What a great place to stay ”
