“最好能夠放返lotion cream and bath cap”

“酒店雖然較舊 但整潔度不錯 兩房間隔很好 最唔滿意係員工服務態度 極度冇禮貌 我4人入住 希望可以提供多兩張被 但前台職員極冇禮貌地講 “一間房間只會提供一張被 唔會再比 你間房而家一張被都冇？ 我哋最多比多一張被比你 另外個張唔知比唔比到你 要問下先” 最後等左15分鐘後比左一張被我地亦都冇再通知會唔會比多張被我地 作為一間4星酒店 有咁既服務態度就已經不能夠想像 既然睇唔起一千幾百既生意就唔好放出黎比人日租”

“服務員好有禮貌，整體酒店乾淨企理，可能因為今次安排住宿舍頂層，但是洗手間比較狹窄。”

“I like this hotel because of the filtered water station, and the self service laundry. It has all the things I need to stay. The breakfast in the hotel was very good, and We met people from many countries. The hotel staffs are very polite, friendly and helpful! One of the down side is the small size of the rooms, but that can be tolerated. The hotel is very popular so the elevators are busy during peak hours. Sometimes the wait was quite long. ”

“This was the second time that I lived in this hotel for my trip from UK to HK. The first room was in good condition. However, the bath room got mold at the top near the ceiling this time. Hotel should clean the mold before customer's visit. Staffs of concierge provided excellent service. They kept some of my luggages as I travel to Tokyo. They are polite and give good advice for washing our clothes nearby. They are helpful when I arrived for taking care my luggages and do the same at the……

“重新的裝修後仍和以前相若. 有一個遊戲室給兒童玩是不錯的. 也可去其他二間酒店玩那裡的設施. 往探索家只是10分鐘路程或坐Shuttle. 往樂園酒店則會遠些. ”
