“Good location, clean room, service good.”

“This was the second time that I lived in this hotel for my trip from UK to HK. The first room was in good condition. However, the bath room got mold at the top near the ceiling this time. Hotel should clean the mold before customer's visit. Staffs of concierge provided excellent service. They kept some of my luggages as I travel to Tokyo. They are polite and give good advice for washing our clothes nearby. They are helpful when I arrived for taking care my luggages and do the same at the……

“The light is very limit at night! Meaning not enough light for me ”

“服務員好有禮貌，整體酒店乾淨企理，可能因為今次安排住宿舍頂層，但是洗手間比較狹窄。”

“I like this hotel because of the filtered water station, and the self service laundry. It has all the things I need to stay. The breakfast in the hotel was very good, and We met people from many countries. The hotel staffs are very polite, friendly and helpful! One of the down side is the small size of the rooms, but that can be tolerated. The hotel is very popular so the elevators are busy during peak hours. Sometimes the wait was quite long. ”

“枱燈經修理後仍然是壞的，洗手液按壓位置不方便，浴室花灑水力較弱，掛衣服位置少且位置不方便，房間內水果有被咬過的情況等。水果一事幸好員工很體貼的幫忙更換了，還送上更多水果，而且各部門員工是有盡力和盡快去解決問題，所以員工的方面係做得非常好，亦很有禮貌，只是整體房間的硬件問題有待改善。”
