“The services of the staff were excellent and warm. The hotel is not modern style and but is classical vibe with lots of art pieces and crystal lamp. The view is excellent and the location is convenient. ”

“This was the second time that I lived in this hotel for my trip from UK to HK. The first room was in good condition. However, the bath room got mold at the top near the ceiling this time. Hotel should clean the mold before customer's visit. Staffs of concierge provided excellent service. They kept some of my luggages as I travel to Tokyo. They are polite and give good advice for washing our clothes nearby. They are helpful when I arrived for taking care my luggages and do the same at the……
