“This is our 2nd time here. The location is so convenient to Main Street in Sanur. Plenty of eating options. The resort is absolutely beautiful, quiet, and very relaxing. Staff is top notch. Just like family. We would stay again when we come back. ”

“The architecture of this hotel is mind blowing. From the entrance tunnel, to the gigantic reception lobby, everything is unique and makes you feel in a pretty exclusive place. The room was perfect - very spacious, clean, and with more than we expected- e.g the “closet & powder room”. The outside spaces with the lush vegetation made it perfect!”

“也許是因為三年疫情的關係，入住的客房熱水器損壞，但是櫃檯人員馬上安排我們去另一間客房洗澡，隔天熱水器也已經修好，飯店也提供我們免費一次SPA補償，在整體的服務態度上良好。”

“조용한 환경에서 편히 쉴 수 있었습니다. 호텔에 조경이 참 좋았고 친절하셨고 모든게 좋은데.. 두 가지 아쉬웠던 점. 1. 아이가 여기 수영장에서 신나게 수영을 이틀 하고 열이 났어요. 귀 염증도 생겼습니다. 수질 때문인지 이유는 모르겠어요. 2. 객실 천정 어딘가에서 수시로 쥐들이 다다다닥 다니는 소리가 수시로 났습니다. 불안했어요. ”

“原本以為它就在海邊，結果沒有想像的近，枕頭及房間內的沙發抱枕，發出溼溼的霉味，雖然有請人來換掉一個枕頭，但還是有味道，室內地板也沒有很乾淨，但服務人員很好，還有送機服務”

“I spent nearly a month in February at The Cozy Haven and JoJo and the team were wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble As a solo female traveller, I felt safe and the room was excellent (I stayed in the Junior Suite). The property is only a few years old, lovely interior and great space. Internet was fast. Cleaning and maintenance was excellent. It is walking distance to the main Street of Sanur close to plenty of shopping and restaurants and only 29mins to the beach. Only negative is if……

“1.房間乾淨、物品應有盡有，僅吹風機風力較小，床的品質佳，很有睡，而樓房間、一樓開放式客廳，有度假風。 2.訂房贈送迎賓飲料(AM11-PM11)、下午茶(3PM-4PM)和編織提袋，因特價時訂房，二晚不到台幣一千元，物超所值。 3.飯店和沙灘相連，飯店內有三座開放式泳池及兒童成人運動場所，推薦全家一起來度假。 4.飯店位於自行車道旁，適合騎單車，相當舒適，另鄰近當地市集、餐廳、按摩院和藝文等。這裡是我在峇里島六天當中覺得最適合度假與休閒，又能觀察當地生活的地方。 5.客服人員態度好，能夠協助房客要求，相當感謝客服人員提供的服務與態度。”

“非常にこじんまりとしていて、部屋にプールが付いている部屋でいつでも好きな時に入れて気持ちよかった。土曜日の夜は3Fのレストランでライブをやっていて、その音をプールに入りながら聴いた。 朝食も思ったより美味しく、何よりホテルで働いている人たちが親切で穏やかでゆったりしていて大変心地良かった。”
