“也許是因為三年疫情的關係，入住的客房熱水器損壞，但是櫃檯人員馬上安排我們去另一間客房洗澡，隔天熱水器也已經修好，飯店也提供我們免費一次SPA補償，在整體的服務態度上良好。”

“Loved the location, the rooms were so spacious, bed was very comfortable, bath had shower in it which was hard to get in and out - could ne difficult for older people less stable. Washing machine was a bonus, self contained kitchen with large fridge, microwave, clean cooking utensils and water filter. Loved walking through the entrance and over the stepping stone pond with koi fish on the ground floor to entrance. Staff very helpful. We left our power charger in point and they arranged to……
