“I really liked this facility. The rooms were clean and spaceous. The reception was at the end of the bar which didnt work well as the staff were a little distracted. We got there in the end though. “Lovely one night stay. Check in was easy and staff were welcoming and friendly. Room was lovely with a comfortable super king size bed. Only slight issue was the room felt cold and the air conditioning unit didn’t seem to want to generate heat. Lovely wool throw blankets on the beds kept us warm though. “Such beautiful design of the room making it warm and cosy. Thoughtful touches made it so welcoming. Loved the radio playing when I arrived, the little note and some treats. Warm lighting. Nice aparthotel in Sutton

"One bedroom suite booked. Sofa bed in sitting room. Spacious. V clean with new decor. Used washing machine. Easy to use. Good soundproof quality. Plenty of storage. One downside: not enough parking spaces. Needed to park on street right outside hotel (allowed between 7 pm to 7 am the next day). Husband then got up around 6:30 n parked our car back into hotel’s compound once after a car left. Otherwise the stay was perfect"
