“The shower cube in the room that we were assigned to on the first night is very tiny, in fact one of the smallest I have ever seen in all the hotels i've stayed around the world, you can barely turn and wash your body, water would overflow out of the shower cube and half of the washroom floor was wet. After reflecting to the customer service, we were reassigned to another room with a bigger shower cube, its spacious however hot water can only run for a short period, about 5-8 minutes. Other……

“房間很大也乾淨，櫃檯服務人員很親切，早餐選擇很豐富，旁邊就是公園，離皇宮很近，逛街很方便，如果有機會再去馬德里，還是會選擇入住這裡。”

“Prima hotel. Schoon en netjes. Vriendelijk personeel. Hotel ligt in een rustige buurt met kantoren van tv zenders overal. Alleen onderhoud is best matig. Maar ondanks dat geef ik ze toch 5 sterren ”
