“Service was friendly, room was clean. Bed was a bit firm and slightly lumpy. Ac shut off every so often, making the room jot and waking you up when it did as it wasnt a quiet shut down.”

“Extremely close to the bath house, valet parking is 30 a day and is staffed 24 hours a day. The renovated rooms are charming and vintage, the historic (non renovated) rooms are very vintage and a bit worse for wear, but they’re working on the whole thing! The mineral water rooms are amazing. The staff was so nice and accommodating, we were upgraded to a very nice room on the 9th floor overlooking the entrance, breakfast is $10-30 per person if no buffet is available, the buffet is 15 per person.……

“We stopped for the night on our way to Alabama. Was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Quiet, easy parking and walkable to stores/restaurants. Wished we would have planned longer in Hot Springs. Nice area with lakes”
