“We had visited in October of 2024 and my daughter insisted we return for her birthday.. we recently visited end of April 2025 for her birthday and will returning again in the future.. very friendly staff that accommodate your needs.. it feels like home away from home.. ”

“The property was very nice. The renovations are clean, modern and the garage is a bonus. Matthew at the front desk was very helpful, available and hospitable. I felt safe but the area heading to the bathhouses was a little sketchy, which is pretty typical for an older downtown.”

“Loved the view of the river. Easy to use TV but remote may need a new battery. Great water pressure and lots of hot water.”

“Beautiful place literally walking distance to everything down bath row and all the local bars and restaurants. complementary Breakfast was a plus and the hosts of the b&b was very nice. My only issue was the house sounds control walls were just too thin I could here everything including when people went in and out of the house . There were birds outside making noise starting at 2:30am all night long. So i didn't really get much sleep on the trip . But a B&B was most definitely a neat experience……
