“The reception staff were exceptional. Teta and Lauraine stood out as they both went beyond and about to ensure we had the best from our stay. They are a true credit to the hotel. Bogdan was a super chap and was our waiter in the evening. Again a truly valuable member of the hotel staff. The only negative thing was the attitude of the maitre d' at night. Otherwise could not be faulted. A fabulous place to stay. Thank you.”

“Rooms were a little bit tired. Shower was not the best, very slow and difficult to adjust. Staff were fantastic, very welcoming. ”

“Overall our stay was excellent, the only downside was the fire Alarm at approximately 0230 Thursday morning. The process seemed to be carried out properly, bearing in mind it was pitch dark and a lot of people were sleepy and a disoriented. I would certainly recommend this Hotel to others.”

“Great hotel, staff very pleasant and helpful throughout. Room good size, large comfortable bed, bathroom with shower and bath. Ample toiletries supplied. Hospitality tray, which was replenished daily. Very good breakfast, with wide choice. Free parking on site. Good wi-fi. There I are two pools and spa, but unfortunately we didn’t have time to go in either. Hotel is about 20 minutes walk from St Helier where there are plenty of shops and restaurants. Buses also stop nearby. Only a couple of……

“Neat, tidy and spacious rooms with free full breakfast provided. In view that there is no air-conditioning in the room and guests must open the windows to get fresh air, the only drawback is that the windows are not fitted with mosquito screens.”

“Nice clean hotel within easy walking distance of St Helier centre. Hotel enu and meals were very good. Also a very lively pub across the road from the hotel which did food at a reasonable price. ”

“Rafal and his team took great care of us. Staying up late to check us in when our flight was delayed, friendly and helpful throughout. Breakfast were plentiful and tasty. The beds were comfy and the rooms clean. The swimming pool was clean and well positioned in the sun. Our room over looked the bay and it was magical every morning to watch the sunrise over the bay. Great stay and would recommend to come stay.”

“From arrival to departure we were made to feel welcome the staff are superb nothing is too much trouble. The food is absolutely delicious perfectly presented and portioned. The rooms are very comfortable the bed linen is superb plenty of tea and coffee. All in all this hotel is deserving it’s four star rating plus another, thanks to all management and staff for making our stay special.”

“Had the most surprising and wonderful stay. Great welcome from the reception team member checking us in, he could not have been any more welcoming- well done ! The hotel is exceptionally clean and well maintained. The indoor pool could do with a facelift. The outside pool just lovely and the setting is beautiful. For breakfast - loved that the hot items are a la cart and not sitting on a buffet - great ! Perfect breakfast- the service team are truly world class - only one point - why not have……
