“The White Swan was a wonderful venue. The sraff are excellent and so helpful. The room was lovely.”

“The room was very nice. A couple of small things: 1- It would have been nice to know there was a flight of narrow stairs to get to room, 2- Bathroom sink is blocked by overhanging cabinets, toothbrushing very difficult, 3- bathroom door drifts open against the bed unless closed and then the bathroom is very hot. ”

“Beautiful property and room. The lady who checked us in and showed us to our room was very friendly and told us how to get into town which is about a 15-20 minute walk. Our room was very clean and furnished to a high standard”

“這間酒店的員工服務殷勤，盡力耐心協助解決住客問題，地方舒適，自駕泊車十分方便。多謝 reception Alyse 耐心解決我的泊車要求和努力解決等的晚飯訂單事項。這裡的餐廳職員都很有禮貌、笑容和盡力提供協助，餐廳很舒適，這裡英式食物做得很好，晚餐我食了Homemade PIZZA 和素菜意大肉丸意粉，Pizza 做得非常好吃，意大利粉十分咸，換了新一個都是十分咸，因為tomato sauce 原本已是一分咸。總括我很推薦這間酒店，再來York 都會繼續使用。”
