“The place is cute with gorgeous views (except you can see right in the neighbors living room from the balcony) the tenants were nice but almost all in their late 60s-80s. Not many families so our kids didn’t meet any other kids. Great fishing and can see dolphins on the bay. Inside needs a little work - dishwasher and kitchen sink leaked . Master toilet was wobbly and tub didn’t drain properly. And bathroom door didn’t latch - also a painting was poorly mounted near front door and would get hot……
