Someone lives upstairs and you can hear footsteps and other noises when they are home but they were barely home when we were there so it was not an issue for us. ”

“Anything that went "wrong" is to be expected of an old house: thin walls and windows, creaky floors, doorknobs you kinda have to fiddle with. My group loved it. It was such a cozy stay in the type of house that is so unique to the Northeast. The location is perfect, it is within walking distance of downtown.”

You don’t get the “host”, this property is managed through a property management company, so specific property questions were diverted.
