“Amazing staff, friendly and attentive. Beautiful hotel and clean , modern rooms. Comfortable bed. Nice bathroom. Only thing is water pressure was a bit low while in the shower. “We stayed with our young son for 3 nights in July 2024. The staff were absolutely lovely, so welcoming and helpful with everything we needed and great with interacting with our young son. The food - breakfast and dinner - is truly incredible with nothing too much trouble. The only downside we experienced really was that we were in a room on the top floor which, while the room had clearly been hoovered etc, it was dusty in places with lots of cobwebs - while we don't mind spiders, we removed……

“Our room was recently renovated and perfect for our needs. We needed a one night stay while visiting my parents on Easter Sunday. Parking was a bit of a problem due to the holiday, but Steven was extremely helpful and went above and beyond by accompanying me to find a space.
