“Hosts could not have been any more friendly and helpful. Room & towels etc were clean. Dinner and breakfast was good and fairly priced. Parts of the room are starting to show their age but Notting that put me off. I would definitely use again. Thanks for a comfortable and convenient stay. ”

“Stayed at the manor court for the last 4 years,garden suite,pod and room.All very well kept and clean. Noce breakfast with various choices. Just one small thing,beds in garden room chalets are comfortable,but small in size.To aid more comfort maybe replace with three quarter beds.”

“Just back from South Lodge and want to say thank you very much to Steve & Tony. We arrived early and the rooms were ready, they were spacious, clean, beds were comfy the decor was lovely. Breakfast was delicious, plenty of and not for the fainthearted. Parking at the property spot on as you dont always have that luxory. Well stocked Tea & Coffee in the room and the homemade cookies were very tasty and a chocolate finished off the welcoming. Toiletries were top quality. Nothing was too much……

“Great location hotel is clean and tidy with a bar and entertainment, I did leave my wash bag with a new bottle of perfume in it I rang hotel to see if they had got it but was told they had not found it !! That was a costly mistake! ”

“What a beautiful little lodge! I was only there for one night, but believe me, I will DEFINITELY be staying there again in the future. Exceptional. “This small country pub is less than 20 minutes from RSPB Bempton, so very convenient for visit to the seabirds. For those with four legged friends, it is dog -friendly. For those looking for good food, their meals and food quality excellent, using locally sourced ingredients. Their pies are home-made and delicious so highly recommended. Also good selection of ales. The rooms are very clean, but are starting to look a little dated, but as it’s run as a community pub, it is an excellent……
