“Clean, friendly staff, perfect location for us. We ate breakfast at the restaurant on 2nd level. Very good food and service. We never had to take car out of garage. We were close enough to walk to the sights and restaurants we wanted to see (boat ride on river, museum, battleship.) very pleasant trip! ”
“I didn't like the mishandling of my daughter in law reservation. She was not notified of problems with her reservation until day of arrival which resulted in our family being separated and staying at different locations. I found that to be very unprofessional. ”

“Issues with tv not working. Asked for help. No one explained the 2 remotes or how they worked. TV said no signal. It was supposed to be addressed while we were out. Returned to same issue and told we would have to wait until tomorrow. Fortunately I was able to figure out smaller remote that says room control was for the tv. Difficult to navigate but I was able to get something going. ”
“Had a great stay~ room and hotel decor is really nice and modern. They do serve Starbucks in the lobby which was nice, but not complimentary. The picture of the nice pantry on the hotels profile pic is a bit misleading; you have to be a platinum member to use it. No pool working either, said out of order but it looks like an awesome pool if they can get it in order. Outlet in bathroom was not working but that wasnt a big deal. Everyone we encountered was extremely friendly and wonderful from……
“Our stay was amazing. We were able to check in early as I arrived at 11am and check in was not until 3 but once they found out we drove all night from Florida they checked to see if a room was ready and let us check in. Room was very spacious and being able to cook for my son in law was a huge plus! The best part was being able to do a fast super early am check out when we left.
