“Previously stayed and had a great experience. This stay, we had a rough check-in. Upon arrival, I was told we had already been checked in and out so she would need to rebook our room. I explained that the card for payment was 900 miles away because the room was already paid for. She finally fixed it and I was given my room keys. I go to my room and open the door to find it already occupied. The rest of the trip was great. All the staff we interacted with were super helpful and friendly.……

“We had reservations for a room with 2 queen beds for two nights for 3 adults. They messed up and gave us a room with 1 king bed. So my adult son had to sleep on the couch. They did provide us with breakfast for 2 of the 3 of us to compensate, but was still disappointed in the mix up. We had made the reservations a few months prior to our stay. That’s why I’m only giving 4 out of 5 stars.”

“We had trouble connecting to a workable wifi system. The manage gave me a phone number to call, which I did and the service person told me it should be working with the hour. I called back in a couple of hours. Still not working. The service person was able to hook us up after we gave him our ip #. Not a great recommendation for an overnight place that supposedly has internet. ”
