波士顿(及邻近地区)亨廷顿剧院附近酒店

"I haven't used anything since checking in. The bathtub is clogged and infested with mosquitoes. The windowsills and tables in the room are dusty, as if no one has stayed and hasn't cleaned them in ages. The refrigerator also doesn't work. After reporting the situation, we were told we would get a full refund. However, a month has passed and I haven't received one. I contacted the hotel, and they said they'd already processed the refund and told me to check with my bank. I went to the bank and asked the manager to check, but they also said there was no refund. I think this hotel is deceptive. If I had a five-star review, I wouldn't give it a single star. It's terrible. If there was a complaint number, I would definitely file a complaint with this hotel, not just the Hilton. It's worse than an average hotel. It's ridiculous."

"今次旅遊主要是參加波士頓馬拉松，酒店距離bag drop 大約步行5分鐘已經可以。落機去到酒店已是半夜12點幾，接待處職員非常有禮貌，而且好helpful，唯美中不足原來房間冇電熱水壺，職員亦都很樂意幫助給我熱水壺。直至第二日再找其他職員協助搵熱水，其中較高層人士見到我企在大堂內等候主動協助，除咗一兩個較為junior Staff前枱職員冇禮貌外，整體酒店員工服務態度良好。相信可能是溝通技巧需要學習。 如果參加馬拉松可以考慮這間酒店，因為確實就近Bag drop及乘座黃巴士處。"
