“Loved this stay. I will definitely use this again!”

“As rentals go, we found this place to be well above average. For the most part it was well-stocked compared to other rentals we have experienced. It even had large pots, skillets and bowls to serve a family group of 7. It was clean and as advertised. The negatives were the very late access information provided (which came past the check-in time), the lack of cutlery, and the VERY wobbly bunkbeds which we found unsafe. All issues were very quickly addressed by both the landlord and the people he……

“The house was unique. But if it ever need that we had. If you're looking for a place to stay with your family while in the cedar point area this is it.”

“Overall our stay was great. There were a few floor boards in one unit that were cracked and uneven or lifting away from the rest of the floor and cause a couple of us to trip multiple times. Also while both townhomes were tidy there were definitely places the cleaning people didn’t look. There was a napkin and tags from a shirt in a drawer in the living room and a lot of the dishes needed to be washed before we could use them because they weren’t properly cleaned before we arrived. Overall this……

“We stayed here to go to Cedar Point Halloweekend. Great location, cute neighborhood with a couple restaurants just down the street as well as a pharmacy and grocery store. It was a quick drive to Cedar Point too. The house itself was roomy and clean. It had all we needed for a comfortable stay!!”

“Went to the Egret Point House for the April 8th eclipse. House was great and family and friends enjoyed the accommodations and location. My friend Brian and I are both birders so after the eclipse we enjoyed a couple beers on the patio and watched dozens of Black-crowned Night Herons and Great Egrets (how appropriate) fly over.”
