“Yep there are trains running all the time like other reviewers stated. I left a 5 star review because of the price. I got 2 rooms with 2 queen beds in each room for less than $200 bucks. Most places had only double beds. The beds were very comfortable. I never saw the pool or hot tub so can’t comment on them. It’s 16 min to cedar point so very convenient for our trip. Staff was very nice. Also a 12 o’clock check out was Awesome since we didn’t leave cedar point until 12 am. Would……

“Sawmill Creek was a wonderful place to stay for a weekend trip to Cedar Point. It’s located about 20 minutes away (with traffic) from cedar point but that’s alright. It’s conveniently located between Huron and Sandusky so the food and drink options are endless. The rooms were pretty nice as well. Definitely would stay here again.”

You'll also find great donuts within walking distance, making it easy to enjoy a sweet treat. The area is very quiet, offering a peaceful atmosphere, and there is plenty of parking available for vehicles.”

“Enjoyed the peoperty and all the amenties and space it had to offer. Was very close to stores and things to do. The host was great and responded very quickly to any questions we had. The only issue we had was that people would keep coming to the location thinking it was the kayak rental area. Would love to return!”
