“House is right on Lake Erie in a neighborhood. Older home as described but stairs and floors are uneven. I fell and broke bone in my left foot on stairs going to outdoor patio!. Place could be cleaner and cleaning fee way too high, especially for one person. Suggest they do a scaled cleaning fee based upon number of renters. Was cold and could not turn up heat thermostat as it had a lock, which was a first time ever experience after years of renting through Vrbo. ”

“The gem of this home is the outside patio. The view is absolutely stunning! I also really appreciated the upstairs balcony because it rained a few days and I was still able to sit up there and enjoy the water. The neighborhood is quiet, friendly and walkable. I love the little park nearby and my dogs loved the beach. I’ve been to this little town several times now and will definitely come back. Make sure to dress for all seasons- it got very cold at night and rained a few days so I’m glad I……

“We had a group of 33 of us with ages ranging from 5 to 50!!! There was plenty of room for all of us between the two house. Would love to go back sometime in the summer to enjoy the pool and hang out area outdoors. I've had many people asking about it from the pics and post I did on my Facebook ”
