“We loved Villa Mia! Everything we could have needed was provided throughout our stay. Pool was nice, dock was nice, house was nice, location and views were amazing. Host communicated well before, during, and after our stay. ”

“The property was perfect for our group of three adult couples. We all had our own private space when we wanted it and plenty of room to be together as well. The views were spectacular. And we saw manatees, dolphins and shark in the canal. In fact, we even got to give fresh water to the manatee with the hose. We had a great month!”

It is well equipped, in a great location, and in a nice walkable neighborhood - close to restaurants, parks, boating/fishing/snorkeling destinations, etc. The owner has put in much effort and attention to detail to make this the perfect rental. He was OUTSTANDING to work with and went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was fantastic! We would love to rent this property again in the future and would not hesitate……

“A nice 3 bed, 2 bath house in a very nice neighborhood. The owner included access to a boat ramp near the house. Everything was as described. This home was located only about 1 hour south of Homestead and 1 hour north of Marathon. We found that it is in a good spot to visit anywhere in the Keys to the south or the Everglades to the North.”
