“The reception service at Carmocha restaurant is poor. They do not inform customers of available meal times in a timely manner, which not only causes waiting time but also results in poor service. It's terrible!”

“The pool is nice! A lot of families. The drinks at both the pool bar and indoor lounge were STRONG and the mixers tasted watered down. We didn’t eat at the restaurant but they did offer a breakfast buffet for an additional fee. ”

The pool, hot tub, and all of the amenities were great (high chair, pool towels, kitchen equipment, spices, a variety of coffee makers, etc). ”

“Similar to all other reviews, the house itself is nice, pool is private and refreshing, the cleaning staff used are thorough, and has some items stocked (like spices, cooking oil, some laundry detergent). However, it seems the host hasn’t addressed some comforts mentioned by others that would be nice to not to overlook in a rental, let alone one with a premium cost.While each bed has a comforter and some have light throws - there are no extras to cozy up on the couch and felt lower end/needing……
