“Our family came together in Nashville to attend the premier of our Cousin Kip Winger's symphony violin concerto featuring Peter Otto on the violin. This house was perfect for us! Kim made check in easy, the amenities were fabulous and the location was ideal. I highly recommend this VRBO home for adults or families traveling to Nashville. There is a darling play space for children which we did not need but would be perfect for someone with children. The back yard and Barzebo was a great space……

“Great place to stay that isn't too far from the downtown area”

“We were disappointed to arrive to an unclean house. We messaged the owner and they sent a cleaning crew out the next morning. We definitely felt more comfortable once we had the place cleaned. Parking spaces were very tight. We had to park our SUV across the street. The house was stocked with necessities to cook in the kitchen for our large family. Beds were comfortable. Slept 9 comfortably and it was great to have a place that accepted our small dog. Beware of keeping any valuables in cars. Two……

“We booked this home for a girls weekend getaway to celebrate a 40th birthday. The house was just as described, plenty of room for us and the hot tub was an added bonus! We were able to walk to a few cocktail joints and restaurants as well. The only reason we put 4 stars instead of 5 for cleanliness as I think a previous guest’s dog had peed on the sofa/pillow. But otherwise the home was very clean, tidy, and provided all the amenities we needed. ”

“Decent amenities, great location. No central HVAC but it was reasonable with a space heater / window unit. The shower could use some more pressure and the beds were okay. Owner has dogs, which were noisy upon arrival, but eventually settled. Driveway parking is avaliable but is not the most accessible unless you have a small car. Overall decent for a weekend place to sleep while exploring Nashville ”
