“Excellent conditions and super nice and helpful staffs. Well equipped kitchen including dish washing machine. Big size room with washing/drying machine which is great for me. The air conditioner only work in warm mode because of the winter setting, that make us too hot especially during the sleep. ”

“Great location. Apartment was a bit dated but clean and well-maintained and nice looking. The apartment acoustics/sound from inside and outside the apartment were fairly annoying, and it took 2-3 nights to get the first decent full night's sleep there. Overall, this was a solid, nice apartment in one of the cooler and conveniently located areas of Milan. “Some of the staff was not very helpful. Tried to get recommendations on restaurants for dining and could not give us any but the hotel restaurant. We found a great restaurant on our own. I would recommend HAMBROEUS the food is excellent and the owner extremely personable. Also the hotel bar lounge was very poor. Had difficulty putting the charges for each person on their own room. ”

“四星级的酒店 没有拖鞋没有烧水壶 房间里没有Wi-Fi信号 太差了！离地铁站算不上近 但该站有电梯 拖箱子不吃力 旁边有家家乐福express很方便 其它方面就乏善可陈了！房间没有烧水壶 问前台有没有热水 说有 然后送到房间就200-300ml的小壶也没说费用什么 结果checkout收我3欧水费！3欧是不多 但是4星级没水壶也不提前告知费用让人恶心！Wi-Fi在房间任何角落都搜不到的 房间超小隔音还差 总之差评！不会再来！”

Due punti negativi: - scalini per raggiungere l'ascensore (il secondo non era ancora attivo) - TV non funziona e nonostante lo abbia segnalato non è venuto nessuno ad aggiustarla. Nonostante questi due piccoli punti negativi ritornerò e lo consiglio.”

“Superb staff. They went out of their way to make our stay as great as possible. My family were treated like royalty, and all we did was show up looking really tired after a delay filled 24 hour journey. This human touch was really appreciated by my family. We can't express our thanks enough. We look forward to returning and spending more time in such a wonderful hotel and city. Dining and rooms awesome also, suite easily supported the 5 of us.”

“Hotel is just ok. I want to complain is the bathroom. They give me a disable bathroom of which I did not request and we are not disable. It is a small walk in shower with no glass partition just a shower curtain. Water splash all over especially the bathroom is small. Another worst thing is the tiolet bowl seat is extemely high. When you sit on it, your feet can not touch the ground.The tiolet seat is installedhe tiolet one side higher than the other. You feel like sitting on a slanting angle.……
