“The place was incredibly clean and comfortable. The host was amazing and had some of the best communication that I have experienced. The only complaint that I have is that sound travels too easily from the top unit to the bottom and could get rather obnoxious if you have noisy neighbors. Other than that amazing experience and would highly recommend.”

“I have rented before just a different apartment. This basement one was very damp. I tried to turn the heat up but everything just had a wet/damp feeling. ”

“The place was clean. Had issue with wifi which he fixed. My only recommendation is that a tv be added to master bedroom. Host was very responsive. Kitchen and bathroom had what you needed and it was a quiet neighborhood. Checkin was easy”

The location is safe and very convenient to Fairbanks but also feels like you’re nestled in the woods. One night we didn’t even have to go in search of the northern lights because it was right there! The combination is absolute perfection ”
