“My son and i usually go backpacking every year to a new National Park and stay in a tent. My back wouldn't allow that this year but we didn't want a hotel. This place was perfect, and what a step up from a tent. Totally secluded up on a mountain with a killer view. Two mattresses, coffee machine with coffee and he supplied water. Outlets, wifi, stove, and small fridge. We loved it!! I wish there were more of these around other National Parks. You absolutely need a 4WD to get up the……

“Very nice property. Very clean. Fires were burning a few miles up the road, but property was still available. The road into cabin was steep in spots and the road had washed some but still passable. Enjoyed the stay.”

“We stayed here with our infant and another couple for my sister’s wedding. The house was perfect for our needs and the caretaker was very helpful and welcoming. The house was immaculately clean and well stocked (though admittedly we didn’t do any cooking), and the location was great. Highly recommend!”

“Mardee's place was very comfortable. She provides a lot of extras in the kitchen. We were able to enjoy a batch of brownies! The home is very comfortable and we felt right at home.”
